I have almost the same hair, skin and eyes that you seem to have from your explination, and I think that Viva Glam VI SE. It is a really pretty soft pink, and it looks amazing on almost everybody.
But, if you are going to the store and buying it (versus online) then I would recommend trying out a bunch of the lipsticks, to which one looks the best on you.
