if you have skinny lips- lip plumper! burt's bee chapstick. Put valsaline after breakfast lunch and dinner. also before you sleep.

go to a harmon warehouse or a walmart or something and buy SoftLips in vanilla. they usually come in a two pack and they instantly moisturize your lips. just wear it as often as needed!
also, vaseline is the universal product. this can also be used to make your lips feel very very soft. you can even glob it on at night and wake up with super soft lips. you can also use it on your feet, and when you tan.
i personally don't have very many lip products because vaseline is truly a miracle product. but every once in a while i like to smell of the vanilla SoftLips chapstick (:

A definate must-know: Lip gloss dries out your lips MORE.
At night, before you go to sleep, use vaseline or petrolium jelly on your lips. Seriously, put it on thick. When you wake up in the morning, just wash off this rest of it with water and a facecloth. It's sooo easy, and totally makes your lips much softer. As long as you do so nightly, it works MUCH better than any lip balm or chapsticks.
But I recommend doing so, and then just putting on a thin layer of lip balm during the day.
Well Chapstix never fails and it taste good and dosent get all over your partner. And if it does its not sticky and it is not visible on them. To get super soft lips at night lather them with bag balm or vasline and wake up with super soft lips. Or get some sugar and licks you lips so it sticks and use your tooth brush to gentle exfoliate the dead skin away revealing super soft lips. :)

the lip balm is great, a woke up with tottaly dry lips this morning, put it on and by the end of the say my lips were sooo smooth
At night I put a lot vaseline on my lips. This sounds weird, but like once a week I scrub my lips with sugar. It exfoliates and makes them really smooth. I also keep a lip balm with me most of the time and keep it with me. If I'm going to kiss someone, I just wear a lip stain so it doesn't get everywhere.
Before going to sleep, put some vaseline on your lips. It works wonders, in the morning my lips are SO soft. I use Roc Dermatologic Enydrial repairing lip care lip balm, it's really good for the lips. After that to add some good scent and color, i use some Maybelline lip gloss!

Try using Blistex for a week. It will soften them up. Then use Victoria Secret flavored lip-gross to sweeten them up. But try not to put too much on it will get a little too sticky. That's what I do and my lips are totally kissable! Says my boyfriend XD !!!
Put pollysporn on it its actually a moisturizer or put diaper cream on it before you go to bed both worth great!
I love chapstick. Its not sticky like gloss and its not going to rub off on the guys lips. It makes your lips really soft and it tastes nice (: Apple is my favourite one.
vaseline makes your lips super shiney so it's good over any lipstick
softlips is an AMAZING lip balm
Put vaseline on every night and it should give you amazingly gorgeous lips :)
Put Nivea chapstick it makes ur lip kissable.
Just regular chap-stick.
