No just buy a new one. Besides. Lipstick is made out of whale fat. and that is the most disqusting thing in this whole world. I hate lipstick anyways. You should where only your own face instead of some body elses. You don't want somebody's face on yours.

This may sound gross but if you take the outer plastic tube of a clean THIN tampon, coat the inside with oil and insert the plastic open end of the tube into the lipstick tube. Then put it in the frig for 10 minutes upside down the lipstick will form to the plastic but won't stick because of the oil. After you take it out of the frig let it stand for about 2 to 3 minutes and gently remove the plastic the lipstick will be good as new.
put it in the fridge then use a lipbrush to apply, it will even make it look beter. good luck.
why not buy another tube and toss it
The best thing to do is if it's not too much of a mess put the tube in the fridge and it will harden back up. If it's a mess all inside the tube then scrape it out into a little tub, you can get empty tubs at most drug stores, and put that in the fridge. You may have to apply it with a lip brush or your finger but at least it wouldn't be a total loss. Lipstick is like wax so it should harden back up once you get it chilled enough.

you can get empty makeup pots from places like MAC, or even the dollar store, they are cheap at either place, if I were you I would just scoop it into a little lipstick pot, and use your fingers, or a brush to apply it from now on.
Umm my suggestion would be use a lip brush. U should always apply lipstick with a lip brush anyways or just buy a new tube.
