I'm looking for a good one to prevent lipcolor from bleeding or feathering. What's your favorite lipstick base?
I'm a huge fan of Guerlain's KISSKISS Liplift - Smoothing Lipstick Primer. IT will keep color in place and makes your lips feel great. When applying it to clients, especially brides, I apply outside of the lip line too, to keep lipstick from traveling. I also love the scent of it.
