Anyone know of some stores which sell any of these colored lipsticks? I have been unsuccessful, so you don't know of any, do you have any specific suggestions as to other things I could use instead? (ex. face paint)

Those are definitely going to be super hard to find in lipstick form, but for the blue you can use eyeliner like from Wet n' Wild and just fill in your lips. It'll also last longer than lipstick would've. For gold you can use eyeshadow (if you find loose eyeshadow, that would be perfect. Just mix it with a little gloss) and for orange MAC has a few orange lipsticks. Hope that helped (and wow, that was really hard to find LOL). Good luck!
